Thought of making it so that 'evil' characters could set off better in certain quests.
This would open up options that arent normally available.
Like attacking your Teammates, or Killing the Quest's Client.
While Attacking your Fellow Party Members wouldnt earn you anything but a bad Rep., Killing your Client would instantly reward you with 30% of the Reward Money and 1ap for the quest, you would still be placed as having a Bad Rep. though.
If your Client is Killed by an outside Party (another NPC), and you decide to Bail on the quest you'll still get 50% of the Reward Money and 2ap. Plus a Bad Rep. for bailing on quests. (If you Bail during a Quest and the Client is Still Living you'll get whatever you earned up to the point of leaving, but no Quest Reward from the Client).
However some Clients might sometimes be High Leveled NPCs that could kill you instead of you killing them. So be careful before you decide to pick a fight.
Sticking it out an Fullfilling a Quest will get you the Full Reward, a bonus reward if you're in a guild, exp from the quest, and 5ap (which is needed to advance your character's status).
